kids like to put yuzu in the bath, too. but beware... my kids ripped them open, squeezed them up, played with the pulp and the seeds. the water was great, but what a mess to clean up after!!

recently I was given a bunch of DAI DAI... which I thought were mikan-like but turned out to be Yuzu-like, I cut them up and served them with fish....

I thought I had lost your blog, but I see it's new now. I'll be checking in often to see what you are up to. I can get info here that I have often wondered about..

thanks!!!

Hi Eric,

It's great to hear yuzu products are getting more readily available outside Japan (how I wish it had been so a few years back...), and now it sounds like you might be getting your own yuzu tree? ;) although you might have to give it some time as yuzu is known to take a long time to bear fruits you can harvest...

You might probably like yuzu kosho, or yuzu and chili pepper condiment, as well? It's brilliant with meat, vegetable, tofu, or noodles.
