		<description>This looks great -- I think it will be my lunch tomorrow.  My Gujarati in-laws use up leftover rice by frying mustard seed &amp; cumin, green chillie &amp; curry leaf, stirring in the rice, then adding some yoghurt and a little turmeric, and cooking it all together.  Unlike what is called &#039;curd rice&#039;, it&#039;s eaten hot, for a snack.  It&#039;s delicious.</description>
