		<description>I&#039;m not sure how it would do as gnocchi, please try it!  I haven&#039;t played much with gnocchi yet, though my friend Lucelle makes a mean gnocchi with potatoes and squash and sage that I go gaga over.</description>

Altho&#039; I have to say the duck fat is really, really, really, tempting addition to the potato puffs. Throw in some duck cracklins and scallion and I call that some serious comfort food.</description>
