		<description>What a creative use of leftovers!  I have some frozen dungeness crab and this now gives me ideas for using it.  I also have some of those &quot;tofu&quot; noodles and this sounds like a wonderful use - thanks for the idea!</description>

		<description>I wouldn&#039;t have thought of the combination of crab and ginger off the bat. By the way,  if this soup is as smooth, pleasing and amusing as the words you obviously have talent in using when describing your dishes, you surely must have scored a home run!</description>
