I like poach egg and what i did most of the time(the simplest and fastest) to enjoy it is to put a little asian light soy sauce on the egg yolk , it smells and taste good when it's served hot/warm. It also works for the boiled egg. Can also try to add little white pepper but i'd prefer not to. If you haven't tried, give a try. Too bad ….. Btw, Eric.
